Every instrument that comes through our workshop is assessed individually. We’ll take the time to understand what your instrument needs, discuss any significant work with you before proceeding, and carry out the repair or service with care.

Once your instrument is with us, you can expect:

• No surprise work — if the repair needs to go beyond what was originally discussed, we’ll talk to you first.
